AUDIO: How Inner Peace Can Be More Constant

Do you get stirred up by politics, family, or someone cutting you off on the freeway? What do you do with those feelings? Do you add them to your catacombs of your life’s suppressed emotions – or do you pour them onto unsuspecting people around you? Or …

*Do you let go, or heal your own inner pain through your unconditioned love of yourself, a love you’ve searched for externally most of your life? Letting go, or self-love, is the only doorway to lasting peace and healthy, harmonious, right action in your life.

*SO HERE’S THE QUESTION: Are you practicing letting go daily or at the least periodically? I’ll tell you why I ask …

*If you’ve had moments of awakening, enlightenment, bliss, profound peace, or a tranquil clarity of being … well … that’s nice. But what you experienced was not an event or a temporary state dependent on the external world. It is your deepest constant nature BENEATH your thoughts and feelings otherwise, that found its way to the surface for your momentary experience. The SOURCE and ORIGIN of happiness, love, or a sense of well-being is not temporary. In fact it is the only constant reality you can depend on; Your own deepest being.

*THUS what you experienced in those moments, is not gone, but in truth is looking out of those eyes in this very moment, but with a filter of mind and story that you are more used to believing, than the truth of your underlying unbound nature.

*If you feel called to awaken from the sleep of the mind and your belief in the world as final reality, or you feel a call for your soul to have a deeper evolutionary awakening, then be loyal to that calling. Be loyal to your heart, and practice letting go or having unconditioned self-love, as best you can – to feel peace again and again, until it becomes your more constant experience of life – from which you can take more effective action from clarity, not your automated reactivity and false-perceptions of yourself and life. Freedom is yours for the having. It is your deepest soil of being.
