How to Feel Calm Throughout Your Day

As you live this day, do your best to stop, even in this very moment. Breathe in, and as you breathe out, lower your shoulders and remember that who you are is the infinite cosmos wanting to experience itself exactly as you are in this moment. Even if you’re feeling anger, confusion, or other emotions less enjoyable. In itself it is what it is. The mind’s commentary on what is rising is the suffering. Waves rise and fall in the ocean. It is their nature. So it is with experiencing life. Experiences come and go. Keep breathing and as you breath out, keep allowing what is, with less and less commentary. See this portal to more calm, and walk it step by step. This portal is the path into the peace of your own unbound being.
